12. Why Millennium HHO-Generator® overall cheaper than other products sold on the market?

If we charged those high prices, we would be no different than the big oil companies. The principle idea is to make it affordable for everyone.

You are creating hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis; during this process you draw a current and create HEAT. If you leave the unit on overnight, you will kill your batteries and over heat the unit.

To avoid this problem, you can add a circuit which can be purchased at any auto parts store for about 5.00 USD. This circuit makes the Millennium HHO Generator® turn on/off through the ignition key. So if you forget to shut it off with the Main Power Switch it will get turned off when you shut off and exit your vehicle.

The Millennium HHO Generator® will operate up to 120˚F without any difficulty, but through neglect by not turning it off when not in use. It can damage the unit by overheating.

14. In COLD WEATHER, What shall I do to protect the Millennium HHO-Generator®?

All the Millennium HHO Generator® use filtered water and KOH as the electrolyte. The reservoir also has the mixed electrolyte, same as the Millennium HHO Generator®. Being based, minimal freezing protection is all that necessary.

Both can freeze solid without any major problems. Once the power switch is turned on the Millennium HHO Generator® will immediately begin to thaw out.

1. Use denatured alcohol or ethyl alcohol, mix 1 part alcohol to every 5 parts Potassium Hydroxyle 28 % electrolyte.

2. Insulate the circulation tank, pump and HHO cell with pipe wrap foam insulator.

If it is going to be transferred over, you can get all of the accessories, clamps, fittings etc at Home Depot or Lowes Home Centers.

We designed the units using these readily available items in the event you broke something or lost a part during installation. All of the electrical parts can be purchase at Pep Boys, Autozone, Advanced, O Reillys, True Value, or Home Depot.

The only item you would have to order is the gas/liquid safety valve that comes from US Plastics in Lima, Oh.

16. How far can I travel using the Auto-Fill with Millennium HHO Generator® before I have to refill the reservoir tank?

On the Ultra, Super, Maxi, Standard, Mini Hands Free models, can travel approx 500 - 1000 miles (800 -1,600 Km) by using 2 quarts (1.89 liters) of electrolyte in the HHO generator and reservoir tank before topping off with Distilled or Filtered Water. Mileage would depend upon engine size and vehicle speed. You should drain and flush system every 5,000 miles (8,000 Km).

Currently we are working on a NEW model called the โ€Goldenโ€. This model would never fit under the hood of a standard vehicle due to the size. They will be 6" x 6" x 12" (150 x 150 x 300 mm) and weight in at almost 22 pounds (10 Kgs) with a 1 gallon (3.75 Liters) auto-fill reservoir tank, additional hoses, 12 volt DC pump. The auto fill system will be automatically start and stop filling the Millennium HHO Generator® when needed. Due to the size restraints, the Golden Model can be mounted in the trunk of the vehicle. This model won't be available until the end of year 2008. This Golden Model could save up to 60-80+ % fuel.

18. How long does it take to get Millennium HHO Generator® from the time I ordered?

On average, it will ship between 2 to 3 days from date of order. We ship UPS ground with tracking no. Depending on where you live in the USA. West Coast is usually 5-7 days, Mid- West Tx, Ok, Ks, Ne, Ia is on average 3 days. North East is usually 2 days and Mountain States is normally 4 days.

19. Why donโ€t Millennium HHO Generator® sell units that can run the vehicle on just WATER alone without any other fuel?

Firstly, because people preferred to purchase a unit that already installed HHO system on a vehicle without making the necessary modifications and eventually destroy their engine over a period of time. Someone can come back at to us with a lawsuit claiming we sold them a product that destroyed the engine. Itโ€s a liability factor; people today file lawsuits for a hangnail or stubbing their toe. In a court of law we would be found at fault just because we sold such a unit knowing that the purchaser could avoid doing the modifications and just install the unit anyway. A court would declare that we didnโ€t put in any safe guards making the unit fool proof for people trying to take short cuts.

Secondly, system that could run on WATER 100 % will be very large and the engine alternator cannot handle it. Lot of modification required.

20.3 Condensate. There is always some condensate residue in lines when shut down.

20.4 Production Stats. Yes, we have HHO production stats volume over time. Currently we distribute in 10 countries and ship to over 30 countries on 4 continents.

20.5 Check engine light. The Check engine light never come on any vehicles no matter what year or model.

20.6 Explosive gas under hood. There isn't any explosive gas floating around under the hood. It's an on demand sealed system not a pressurized system, it works under a vacuum principle.

Late Model vehicle NO computer or mechanical changes need to be made. The engine computer read data from the O2 sensor, Throttle position sensor and the Mass air flow sensor. The engine computer makes the necessary adjustments to the fuel/air ratio automatically.

OLDER vehicles (1985 and OLDER) need to adjust the engines timing a couple of degrees and also the engines idle speed.

The best location to install Millennium HHO Generator® to avoid over heating problems after long periods of operation is in the trunk and install water trap in front of the radiator or in the engine compartment under the hood.

25. What is the best and most accurate method to set up Millennium HHO-Generator©?

It takes ½ gal Potassium Hydroxyl 28 % Electrolyte to make 5 to 10 AMP for setting up and filling the Millennium HHO Generator®.

The initial start current should be approx 5 - 10 AMP and once it warmed up, at full operating temperature the current should be approx 20 - 25 AMP. The unit has a 30 AMP fuse for protection of over current which limits the operating temperature from exceeding the maximum allowable temperature. Do not exceed the operating temp of 150 *F (65 *C), or alter the electrolyte mix ratio or eliminate the 30 AMP protection fuse, either "WILL" result in causing a melt down on the anode post.

You must turn off the HHO gen when exiting the vehicle, if you do not it will boil out the electrolyte, drain the battery and make it difficult to re-start your engine. We strongly advise getting an additional shut off circuit to power your Millennium HHO Generator®.

By god setting up Millennium HHO Generator®, you will avoid the problem of blowing the 30 AMP fuse as the operating temperature rises and also avoid the Main Millennium HHO Generator® power wires from getting to hot from excessive current flow.

The appropriate electrolyte used with Millennium HHO Generator® is Potassium Hydroxyl (KOH) 28 %, Potassium Hydroxyl 1 kg and Clean Water 4 kgs.

All supermarkets or groceries store. It called Toilet cleaner "DRANO" or from POOL Supply.

Itโ€s a very easy. The process should take about 10 minutes, just follow the simple directions.

6. Add Potassium Hydroxyle 28 % electrolyte with power turned on until proper full mark on the circulation reserve.

You are using Potassium Hydroxyle 28 % a common cleanning solution item containing distilled water. This means no toxic chemicals. Your clean out is a flush out water. The vehicle exhaust according to all certified emissions reports are substantially greener than anything now required by law concerning emissions. So although all Millennium HHO Generator© comes in assorted models, they all are in essence "REALLY GREEN ECOLOGICALLY".

29. You installed Millennium HHO Generator® but your fuel mileage wonโ€t go down.

If you install Millennium HHO Generator® and the fuel mileage decreases its due to too much O2 in the engines exhaust. That causes the O2 sensor to send a signal to your vehicles computer to enrich the air/fuel ratio mix, defeating the purpose of the HHO.

This problem can exist in just about any vehicle with ODB1 and ODB2 ECU controlled vehicles. This could happen for approx 5 out of every 100 systems.

Our HHO gens can produce too much HHO causing this dilemma using the standard electrolyte setup. The better way is to connect Millennium Oxygen Sensor Controller unit with an existing EFIE unit.

If you have a eight or six cylinders you will need two Millennium Oxygen Sensor Controller units, one for each cylinder bank. A four cylinder engine requires only one. The EFIE units are tied into the primary O2 sensor before the catalytic converter with a simple cut and splice connection. Using the Millennium Oxygen Sensor Controller unit and full HHO production we have seen results exceeding 50+ % increase in fuel mileage.

30. Why my Dual Feed Millennium HHO Generator® when connected to the intake manifold has water from the reserve tank being sucked through the water solenoid valve when itโ€s closed and not calling for water?

On some vehicles when the water solenoid is closed, the vacuum from the engine is too powerful it over come the force of water solenoid and forcing it to open during quick throttling. This draws water from the reserve tank into the HHO Generator causing it to overfill. To eliminate this problem PLEASE CHANGE SOLINOID VALVE which has stronger force than the existing old solenoid valve.

The current is automatically adjusted via the Micro Processor Unit (MCU). The production of Hydrogen is temperature sensitive. The MCU will ensure optimal Oxyhydrogen product. Usually the normal current is Current draw 15 - 20 AMP on cold and 20 - 25 AMP after warmed up

There is always some kind of condensate residue in Oxyhydrogen lines when shut down and cooled off. This is a natural reaction and it does not damage the engine.

Lot of people cannot follow directions very well and either just mess it up or attempt short cuts. Even with the videos, we have Skeptics out there who insist that the videos were doctored or faked.

Finally, we decided to build it and you or your mechanic follows the simple directions to install HHO Generator. By this we can make sure you get all worked out on the street.

Usually Skeptic is the type of person who is close minded and lacks of ambition of getting out there and discovering and learning for themselves. Person who is lacks of basic understanding and knowledge of what is happen right there.
